Women's Rights Protests in Afghanistan Grow Following Education Ban
Protests in Afghanistan have continued after the Taliban rolled back rights for women by barring them from higher education in universities. There have been multiple protests this year in response to these actions, with college-aged males recently joining the protests in support.

The Need for Revolutionary Feminism (Essay)
Sheila Jeffreys is a lesbian feminist scholar and professor of political science. Her influential writing spans four decades, challenging BDSM, trans identity, and critiquing the supposed empowerment of women via the 1970's Sexual Revolution. She also supports female separatism and political lesbianism ("political lesbianism" meaning abstaining from sex with men, not compulsory sex of straight women with other women).

Emma Goldman, Anarchist Revolutionary & Midwife
Emma Goldman (1869 – 1940) was political activist and writer who is credited as one of the founding thinkers of Anarchist political philosophy.
She was born in Russia and taken out of school in her teens by her father. After she begged him to continue her education, he threw her book into the fire and shouted: "Girls do not have to learn much! All a Jewish daughter needs to know is how to prepare gefilte fish, cut noodles fine, and give the man plenty of children."
She organized sewing circles to encourage female community, became educated in midwifery, advocated for birth control, and spent much of her life advocating against fascism and violent authority.
